Manage and audit digital BIM models across disciplines using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 remotely. Perform clash detection, run coordination meetings virtually, enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and oversee LOD 300-400 deliverables.

B.Arch / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

3+ years managing multi-disciplinary BIM coordination and clash resolution.

Must have a personal laptop/desktop capable of running engineering software, high-speed stable internet connection, and good audio/video setup for remote collaboration and online classes. Strong communication skills are essential.
