B.Arch or B.Tech in Architectural / Civil Engineering.

3+ years of architectural engineering design, space planning, and construction documentation.

Must have a personal laptop/desktop capable of running engineering software, high-speed stable internet connection, and good audio/video setup for remote collaboration and online classes. Strong communication skills are essential.
